GH5 Model – CONVEYOR ROTATING TABLE



Robust design, allows processing along two horizontal axes (x & z). Foam block loading and table rotation are performed automatically.
GH6 Model – CONVEYOR TABLE



Allow continuous material feeding, ideal for integration into fully automated cutting lines. Ensure high efficiency cutting operations.

Operare
The conveyor supports dual-block loading, allowing simultaneous cutting for increased throughput. The cutting is performed by a mobile blade frame that moves horizontally along the conveyor and vertically (up/down) to complete both contour cutting and slicing operations.
Press Device with Vacuum Suction System

The advanced vacuum-assisted press system stabilizes the block and allows partial cutting, which is performed from bottom to top. The vacuum device lifts the remaining uncut portion, leaving the cut layers perfectly aligned on the conveyor. This enables fully automated transfer to the next processing stage (vertical cutting), eliminating manual handling.

Block Stabilization

For a better fixing of the block onto the table this machine uses a Roll Press Device.
Applies continuous top pressure using a rolling mechanism to stabilize the foam block during cutting
