OPERATION 

Operating Standard of the machine: Modulator, Automatic Programming Software, Computer Console, Automatic adjusting angle, Absolute value of the system.

    APPLICATIONS 

    Suitable for cutting block products. It can cut waviness, irregular shapes, any 2-dimension and simple 3-dimension geometric profiles. Ideally for cutting geometric profiles in Automotive, Furniture, Packaging, Buildings industries. Materials: Foam, PU soft foam, sticky foam, Rebond foam, Polyethylene foam.

      OPTIONS

      • Surrounding protective fence for safe operation.
      • Fix table for loading and unloading the blocks.
      • Scissors table with lifting to equalize the level gap between the machines.
      • Auto guide feeding table for feeding the foam block and automatically guides the direction of the block.
      • Auto-sharpening system.

      SOFTWARE 

      CNC control system utilizes 3D display, so our cutting machine’s shapes could be displayed more illustrative. Multi-task list could be created, so when one task finishes, it will be automatically discharged and activates the next task. Remote diagnose, maintenance, and update are supported.

      It is designed for a clean cut of any ideal geometric profile. Suitable for cutting block products; it can cut round shapes, wavy lines, irregular shapes, and any two dimensions and simple three dimensions geometric profiles. GV vertical models can be combined with GH horizontal models, for more complex shapes and higher productivity.
