For cutting cylindrical foam blocks into a thin rolled foam strip, a central perforation machine, a surface cutting machine, and a machine for joining the strips together are required.

ECMT-124 (B), 125 (B) FOAM BORING MACHINE

Designed for punching the central holes of round foam blocks, for further use on foam peeling machine.

ECMT-125B comes with a special design with horizontal top cutter for foam blocks top skin cut off.

ECMT-123 (B) (C) AUTOMATIC FOAM PEELING MACHINE

Designed for peeling round foam blocks into continuous long sheets by winding them into rolls.

OPERATION

First the blocks need to be prepared for peeling, by using a foam boring machine. Then, by peeling process, a long sheet of foam will go our from the machine for winding and metering into rolls according to customer’s request.

APPLICATIONS

Peeling of foam with densities up to 60 kg/m³ and rebond with densities of 80 – 250 kg/m³.
The obtained products can be directly marketed or used in various fields, such as:

• Upholstery and mattress industry – filling and quilting mattress covers.
