The ECMT-114 is an automatic foam profiling machine designed to shape foam into concave and convex patterns. It is ideal for applications in mattress manufacturing, automotive components, protective packaging, and cushions. OPERATION

The profiling process is fully automated, with adjustable cutting speed and controlled pressure to ensure accuracy and repeatability.

PROFILING ROLLERS

A wide range of profiling rollers are available upon request, including custom-designed shapes. One of the most requested options is the 7-zone profile, which combines multiple shapes into a single roller, adapted to meet specific ergonomic and product design needs.
