BAND KNIVES. Made of superior steel and using high technologies, our knives are manufactured according to the specific profiles and dimensions suitable for your machines. You can cut materials such as: foams (flexible, memory, latex, semi-rigid), paper, plastics, clothes, EVA, LPDE, EPDM.

EQUIPMENT. From foaming (continuous, batch, rebond) to cutting (vertical, horizontal, contour), for mattress manufacturing, mattress spring production or waste management, we are your reliable partner in providing complete solutions including equipment, consultancy, technical assistance, installation and commissioning, operator training.

FOAMING AND CUTTING. Using linear or contour cutting, profiling, or injection into molds, we can supply various foam parts for applications in upholstery, mattresses, automotive, construction, medicals, sports and recreation industries.

CHEMICALS. We deliver all the chemicals needed for making foam or rebond, for manufacturing process of a large variety of goods across industries: polyols, di-isocyanate, bi-component system, MDI for recycling foam, hot melt and solvent/water-based adhesives, special additives and chemicals (for plastics, ceramics), release agents.
