AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL CIRCULAR CUTTING MACHINE. ECMT-107-108(B) 

This machine eliminates the reciprocating action and reverse movement of a horizontal cutting machine. The cutting thickness can be preset from the Control Box in steps of 1/100mm. The cutting angle of the knife guidance can be adjusted in the range of 00 to 50 by means of a hand wheel.

The machine is equipped with ADC motor with smooth start and soft braking drives the table. The turning speed of the table is infinitely adjustable. The table can also be designed with Vacuum System in the cutting area to prevent the movement of the block during cutting.

OPTIONALS. 

Protective fence can come in 2 variants: 2-side lateral fence with infrared sensors front/back, or circular fence with 6 infrared sensors.
Vacuum system for stabilization of the block onto the table; it comes with an additional motor of 5.5 kW.

APPLICATIONS

The machine is used for high productive horizontal cutting of foam sheets in industries like: mattresses, upholstery furniture, foam converting etc.
