This machine can replace the folding unit of NG-19RS, NG-22RS, and NG-28RS machines. While the NG-19RS, NG-22RS, and NG-28RS machines are equipped with a two-fold mattress folding unit, this machine enables folding the mattress in three parts.

Thanks to this functionality, the rolled and packed mattress becomes approximately 66% shorter, compared to the two-fold version that reduces it by 50%, thus significantly reducing the occupied volume and optimizing transport and storage.

OPERATION

• The front conveyor lifts and folds the first third of the mattress toward the center.
• The back conveyor folds the second third, completing the process.
