NG-31M - FOAM BLOCK COMPRESS MACHINE

OPERATION: The NG-31M compresses foam blocks using a conveyor roller table system. The foam blocks are manually wrapped in film before compression, and both entry and exit occur from the same side of the machine.

NG-25M – AUTOMATIC FOAM BLOCK COMPRESS MACHINE

OPERATION: The NG-25M is fully automated, with foam blocks being automatically wrapped in film and excess film trimmed off after compression. The machine utilizes a belt conveyor system, and the compressed foam block exits from the opposite side of the machine. The high level of automation makes this model suitable for integration into larger production lines, enhancing efficiency and reducing the need for manual labor.

NG-25R – AUTOMATIC FOAM BLOCK COMPRESS & ROLL MACHINE

OPERATION: The NG-25R shares the same automation features as the NG-25M, but with an added rolling unit. After compression, the foam block is automatically rolled, creating a compact, easily handled package. Like the NG-25M, this machine is designed for high integration into production lines, offering significant labor and time savings.
