The NG-800A is a semiautomatic machine designed for covering mattresses with a protective material. Developed to combine ease of operation with high productivity, it integrates automatic mattress feeding with manual control of positioning and covering.

Equipped with roller tables for both infeed and outfeed, the machine can be seamlessly integrated into a continuous mattress production line. Its three conveyor press pads ensure a uniform compression for mattresses of various sizes and thicknesses.

Operation

1. The operator places the mattress on the infeed roller table.
2. Using the foot pedal, the mattress advances through the machine.
3. The three conveyor press pads compress the mattresses for a easier manual covering.
4. Pressing width and compression height are easily adjusted from the control panel using dedicated buttons.
5. The finished mattress exits onto the outfeed table, ready for the next production stage.
