High-efficiency packaging solutions for mattresses, foam products, and large foam blocks. These fully automatic machines are designed for wrapping, heat sealing, and cutting film efficiently. OPERATION

The fully automatic packing process is completed from inlet to outlet by conveyor belt. The product enters the machine and is covered with film on both the top and bottom. A three-sided heat sealing system completely wraps and tightly seals the product, ensuring a solid seal and an aesthetically pleasing package.
Both machines use Siemens PLC control systems and electrical components, offering steady performance. The control panel supports multiple languages and features a remote system for easy maintenance.

OPTIONAL

These machines can be seamlessly integrated into a production line for full automation. The NG-51MS usually is combined with NG-T1 or NG-T2 palletizing systems for stacking film-wrapped mattresses onto pallets.

APPLICATIONS

NG-51MS – Suitable for standard film packing, without compression, of foam mattresses, spring mattresses, coir mat, bed bases, and foam layers. The machine uses PE film with a thickness of 0.05-1mm.
NG-55MS – Designed for packing foam blocks and high-volume foam products with heights of up to 1000 mm, compared to the NG-51MS, which handles mattress heights of up to 400 mm. Ideal for foam processing facilities requiring efficient and secure wrapping of oversized products.
Both models enhance production efficiency by ensuring secure sealing and a professional finish, making them perfect for manufacturers looking to automate and streamline their packaging process.
