OPERATION

TheNG-06R operates manually and requires two people, while NG-05R has a one-button operation for increased efficiency.
Usually used in combination with a compressing machine, especially for thicker or spring mattresses.

APPLICATIONS

The NG-06R and NG-05R machines can handle various mattress types, including sponge, latex, and spring mattresses. They can work with mattresses of different thicknesses. Both models require a compressing machine before wrapping for thicker or spring mattresses.

The machine uses Siemens PLC control system and electrical components that give great performance stability. CE certificate, high safety features, stable performance and convenient installation and maintenance.

OPERATION

High production efficiency and simple operation, any operator can learn very fast how to operate the machine, it usually takes a few minutes. The packaging is perfect, the product firmly wrapped, the roll will not expand or become larger after packaging, being esthetical and economical.

NG-15RS is usually used in combination with a compressing machine, especially for thicker or spring mattresses.

APPLICATIONS

Wide application range, as long as the material allows for roll wrapping, whether it is a spring mattress, sponge or latex mattresses. The diameter of the final package is adjustable in the range of 220-480 mm, and depends on the thickness and length of the mattress. Density of foam varies within 25-50 kg/m3.
