Automatic Centering Machine:

Hot Melt Glue Spraying Machine:
This is the core of the machine, responsible for spraying the glue onto the mattress, a high-precision device to ensure uniform coverage. It works in conjunction with an hot melt glue supply system, which supplies the hot glue to the spraying machine, ensuring a consistent flow for continuous production.
Hot Melt Glue Supply System:
The machine is equipped with a Robatech gluing system with a 100L tank, ensuring a continuous and uniform adhesive flow. The system includes:
- 4 hot melt hoses for efficient adhesive transport
- 4 nozzle pieces designed for precise application
- Bar type – continuous linear application for even coverage
- S-line type – wave-like application for flexible distribution
- Spot type – precise adhesive application for specific areas
Assembly & Flipping Table:
This section allows for manual assembly of the mattress after the spraying process. Additionally this section automatically flipps the mattress before pressing
Compress platform:
Applies controlled pressure to securely bond the mattress layers after glue application, ensuring durability and product integrity.
Conveyor Belt Workbench:
An important component of the production line, ensuring the transport mattress components smoothly and efficiently throughout the assembly process.
