BATCH FOAMING. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. ROMANIA 2024

A batch foaming installation is intended to produce soft PU foam of densities up to 50 kg/m3. The materials can be used to manufacture beds, furniture and in all kinds of sponge factories.

The machine has a mixing capacity of 180-250 l, the foaming installation is intended to mix 6 groups of chemicals, automatically controlled, at a mixing speed of up to 2.800 rpm. The mixture can be then poured in square molds of size L2000*W2000*H1200m or in cylinder molds of size Diam2200*H2200.

Since it is possible to have over 100 recipes saved in the machine, a good knowledge of chemicals and processes is required for the user of this installation. A good recipe is the key for obtaining the exact type of foam we want. The optimization of the process is the key to get the result with minimum costs.

After purchasing a batch foaming machine, we have been asked by a Romanian company to offer technical assistance for installation, commissioning, training of operators and optimization of the processes. The following services have been offered by us:

FEASIBILITY REPORT
In the feasibility report for the implementation of the new installation, we presented the layout of the implementation, including the sizing of the production line, by finding the perfect match between the expected results and the capabilities of the machine, the design of technological process flows.

OPTIMIZATION
Optimization of polyurethane production for specific applications, aimed at reducing costs, by implementing the improved processes, ensuring repeatability of the process with the same results.

CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS
It includes the formulation of different customized recipes for the manufacture of different types of foams, by selecting raw materials, defining production formulas and optimizing the process.
