GH5-GV6 AUTOMATIC CNC HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL CUTTING LINE
It is designed as a high-performance and efficient line, formed by the association of 2 CNC cutting machines:

GV6 CNC FOAM VERTICAL CUTTING MACHINE
It is suitable for cutting 3-dimensional geometric profiles for automotive applications, upholstered furniture, packaging.
Materials: flexible PU foam, Rebond foam, polyethylene.
For the sofa industry, the demand for foam products with geometric shapes can be divided into 2 types:
- Products from foam slices: chair support, sofa cushions.
- Foam block products such as pillows.
These two types of shapes need different cutting equipment to finish processing.
This GHL6-GV6 CNC foam contour cutting line is mainly intended for regular or irregular shapes encountered in production of sofas. The entire foam block can be used for cutting individual products, as it can be automatically divided into slices to achieve the cutting of several products with the same foam block. Suitable for single-batch and large-quantity applications, but also for multi-batch and small-quantity applications.
As shown in this figure, for the sofa irregular foam parts, the volume of each edition is 500x2000x3000mm, the thickness of each sheet is 30mm, and the cutting cycle time of each edition is about 3-4 minutes, and the feeding time and download is about 0.5 minutes. Approximately 100 editions can be produced in 8 hours a day. It can produce 300 cubic meters of foam blocks.
Production people required:
- 1 operator
- 0.5 workers for feeding the forklift
- 4 workers for packaging
- Nest optimization software allows programming in a minute.
As shown in the figure, the volume of the foam parts with the usual sofa shape is 1000x2000x3000mm, and the cutting cycle time of each board is about 3-4 minutes when the thickness of each board is 50mm, and the cycle time of each tiles is about 0.5 minutes. About 100 editions can be produced eight hours a day. It can produce 600 cubic meters of foam blocks.
