The SX-820i automatic line is an automatic line for the production of Bonnell spring nets that form the core of spring mattresses.
With this automatic line, the production of a spring net for an entire mattress is fully automated from the wire to the complete spring net.

The SX-820i automatic line works as follows: in the first stage, each spring is formed from steel wire, then the springs are transferred to the assembly machine through a conveyor, then the assembly cycle starts. While the springs (bottom and top parts) are assembled, at the same time the spiral connection is made vertically, turned/closed and then cut and bent at both ends.

When the spring net is completely formed, it is evacuated to make way for the next cycle, for a new Bonnell type spring net.
The structure of this automatic line is simple, easy to use due to its positioning and high stability.

The machine has a capacity of 80 springs/min and is fully automatic controlled in terms of wire feeding length, heat treatment, lubrication and self-protecting. One operator can control 3 machines of this type. The putting into operation and the training of the operator needs to be done by specialized people, since the adjustment of the machine requires a high level of knowledge and practice with this machine.
