CAROUSEL CUTTING MACHINE INSTALLED IN HUNGARY – JULY 2025
In July 2025, our team completed the installation and commissioning of a carousel cutting machine at a production facility in Hungary. The equipment was delivered to a manufacturer specialized in household sponges.
After the machine was positioned and installed, our technical team carried out all necessary setup procedures and provided hands-on training to the future operators. The machine is now fully operational and integrated into the client’s production flow.
ABOUT THE MACHINE
This carousel-type foam cutting machine performs continuous horizontal cutting of foam blocks. It is capable of cutting up to five blocks simultaneously, with a minimum thickness of 2 mm. The guided blade system ensures a cutting precision of ±0.5 mm, making it suitable for applications that require consistent dimensions.
The machine is fully automatic, offering high productivity while keeping operation and maintenance simple.
