A new machine, purchased with the company’s own funds, has arrived in Romania. In a continuous effort to enhance efficiency and quality in furniture production, a sofa manufacturing plant in northern Romania has invested in a new vertical foam cutting machine. This new machine complements the existing suite of 5 vertical and horizontal cutting machines already in use by our client. Modern and reliable, this equipment is a vital addition to the existing cutting line, bringing enhanced efficiency and versatility to the foam processing.
CLIENT'S APPLICATION
With the expansion of their business, the volume of foam processed has significantly increased, being used both to support the company's internal needs in sofa production and to meet the demands of local partners in the upholstered furniture and mattress industries.
OUR SOLUTION
To address the need for efficiency and precision in foam cutting, we selected the ECMT-110 machine. It is a reliable solution that will improve productivity and ensure consistent quality.
The ECMT-110 machine offers manual positioning of the table, making it easy to use and adaptable to the operator's needs. The table dimensions are generous, providing enough space for foam blocks:
- Inner table: W1720 × L2290 mm
- Outer table: W2000 × L2290 mm
