POCKET SPRING PRODUCTION LINE. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. BELGIUM 2023

Following the purchasing of a pocket spring production line by a customer in Belgium, we spent one week for installing, commissioning, putting into operation and training of the operators.
A pocket spring production line consists of:
5*SX200PA dual wire pocket spring machine with the stable running of 200 springs per min to reach the highest production output.
1*SX700D high speed pocket spring assembly machine with a capacity of 34 rows pe min.

Each row is separately controlled which means that you can produce all the shapes like zoning, nesting, round, heart, etc.
In each row, there can be controlled the spring quantity, spring length, glue type, the springs coming from which coiler and if needed the nesting. You just draw the design to produce a special mattress.

In order to save glue, HUAJIAN has developed 8 kinds of spray mode, such as complex bed unit, the first 2 and last 2 rows are support units, and the middle rows are nested, we can totally control dots spray in the first and last 2 rows, and middle rows with continuous spray.

In terms of service, the line can cooperate with daily product report.
- The consumption of wire per shift , number of spring produced.
- Rejection rate per shift.
- When machine has error , HMI will show failure solutions automatically.
