TRANSFER OF CNC CUTTING MACHINES. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING. POLAND 2024

A transfer of machinery from one factory to another, from one country to another, raised the need for specialized assistance, from installation and commissioning, to production tests and operator training. A complete service package for which we delegated to Poland, 2 engineers specialized in installation and assembling of machines, programming the machine, as well as technological processes in production, who spent 1 week to complete the entire operation.

2 CNC machines for contour cutting were put into operation, from NANTONG MUYE, a renowned manufacturer of CNC cutting machines,

which mostly work in tandem, to offer the maximum of possibilities and work capacities.

The line of 2 machines is suitable for cutting geometric profiles for automotive, furniture, packaging, construction applications.
Materials: flexible PU foam, rebound foam, Polyethylene.

Depending on the specific applications, CNC contour cutting machines can be used in both possible succession modes, either GH5 followed by GV6, a situation in which we have slicing followed by profile cutting, or vice versa, a situation in which the profiles are cut first, followed by horizontal cutting.
