SX-300DL DIGITAL POCKET SPRING ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Intended for assembling pocket springs.
- The machine works with 3 coilers.
- 5 glue lines are possible.
- With or without upper and lower fabric.
- Total 4 gluing valves for continuous gluing.
- Can produce 2 single beds one time or 4 sofa units at the same time.
- Can work with any pocket spring strings, no matter where they come from.

SX-700D HIGH SPEED POCKET SPRING ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Intended for assembling pocket springs.
- The machine works with 5-6 coilers.
- 6 glue lines are possible.
- With or without upper and lower fabric.
- Total 4 gluing valves for continuous gluing.
- Can produce 2 single beds at one time or 4 sofa units at the same time.
- Can work with any pocket spring strings, no matter where they come from.
- ROBATECH System.
- Nested zoning is possible.
KEY FEATURES
QUALITY CONTROL: If a spring string is defective, the machine will fly it out automatically.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: Can save 39 types of unit sizes. Can be expanded to 2000 types.
SEPARATE CONTROL: Each row is separately controlled, which means you can produce all the shapes like zoning, nesting, round, heart
GLUE SAVING SYSTEM: 8 kinds of spray mode and 5 combinations, can control glue consumption of each spring.
SAMPLES OF GLUING:
Gluing every 2nd row upper and lower fabric.
Gluing 4 edges on upper and lower fabric.
Gluing springs 1,3,5 in one row and 2,4,6 in the next row.
ROBATECH SYSTEM: 30l glue tank, adapted to the machine capacity, no need for refill during work, avoiding nozzle and hose stuck
COTTON TNT FABRIC: The machine can cut felt as TNT fabric.
AUTOMATIC LOADING: Can be equipped optionally with up and down fabric roll lifting device instead of manual handling.
