OPERATION
Designed as a heavy-duty machine, it comes with 2 or 3 knives, depending on the volume and thickness of the material to be cut.
Granulation size. Can be adjusted by controlling the cutting speed of the knives
Large working table.The largest in the same kind of cutting machines
Spiral shear knife. Built-in with automatic sharpening. Powerful cutting ability and fast cutting speed
Well resistant slitter knife. High strength, wear resistance, 60-62 HRC hardness, usable 10 years without sharpening
Three frequency converter. One for each group of knives for controlling the cutting speed.
Jam alarm system. Once the machine is clogged, an alarm will protect the operator and machine.
Automatic tension on belt. Avoids any possible deviation of belt, that can cause wear, blockage or even break of the belt.
Advanced feeding port. Improved structure of belt for more convenient feeding and efficient production.
Flat knife. Can be adjusted up and down, front and back, so that the material can be cut more regularly.
Striker plate. The structure is optimized to reduce the generation of powder during the shredding process.
High quality gear. The carburizing process ensures improved wear resistance and hardness.
Discharge port. Concave design discharge port channel for convenient extraction and discharge of the materials.
Material return belt. Collects the materials dropped during the cutting process and automatically convey the materials.
Power quick plug structure. The power box is integrated with the machine, convenient for installation and transportation.
Large transparent door. for observing the normal running of the machine or any blockage in real time.
