J-002 CUSHION AND PILLOW PRODUCTION AND PACKING LINE

The pillow filling installation is an assembly consisting of several interconnected equipment that together ensure a productivity of 150 - 300 kg/hour, for filling pillows with various materials such as: polyester fiber, ground sponge, mixture of ground sponge with polyester fiber, shredding from quilted materials and so on.
A second line for packaging ensures the compressing and rolling of the pillows which are ready now to be delivered.

FOAM SHREDDER

Ideal for the recycling of foam to make filling materials and rebound foam. For the uniform shape of the foam articles, which can be varied wish. (The foam type and density are different, the capacity will be different). Suitable for cutting foam, memory foam, latex sponge (foam rubber), mattress leftover material (foam with fabric) into regularly pieces (adjusted length 5~15mm). No dust generated when cutting. The size of the production is adjustable.

FIBER OPENER

The fiber opener is specialized in opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber, wool and wadding fiber waste, other filling fiber shorter than 100 mm. Working Width: 560mm.

BLOWER

The blower is changed from 3kw to 4kw, which has a stronger suction power, which can suck the materials away in time, and can make the materials in the mixer mix more quickly and evenly.

MIXER

Air Pressure<0.5MPa. Suitable for mixing materials such as fiber, foam, and feather etc. The materials mixed are kept rotating by a fast moving stirring device to ensure uniform suction effects and unblocked filling process.

FILLING MACHINE

Air Pressure: <0.5MPa. Large diameter filling tube fills faster. Special fan blade design is not easy to block the blower. Suitable for long and short fibers and soft materials. Easy operation with foot control. Thicker steel plate has a longer life.

WEIGHING TABLE

Max capacity: 40Kg. The weighing table can make the filling process easier, and it allows workers to see the weight of the pillow in time and make weight adjustments.

PILLOW COVER PACKING MACHINE

This machine is used for packing pillow cases. Pilow size: 500*700mm. The first one is used for the packing of pillow cover, and the second one is used for the packing of plastic bag.

PILLOW VACUUM COMPRESS & ROLL PACKING MACHINE.

This machine is used for pillows, cushions automatically. Air Pressure: 0.4-0.8 MPa. Compress Pressure: 5000 kg
