J-31S is an automatic machine, designed for compressing and rolling fluffy products, with the result of reducing the volume and delivery charges of products after being packed.

OPERATION

The machine allows a flexible compression stroke up to 300 mm.
Circulating water-cooling design ensures every single sealing operation at highest quality.
4 guide rails and 2 gears at each corner of the compression plate.
The heating time/temperature can be adjusted based on different plastic bags.

Ideal for compressing & rolling pillows, cushions and fluffy products.

OPERATION

Designed as a semi-automatic machine, 2 operators are needed to operate the machine.
The J-32C machine is usually working together with the J-31-S vacuum press & roll packing machine.
It takes about 4 seconds to pack a pillow.

APPLICATIONS

Used for packing pillow and cushion cases. Suitable for pillow case/bag made of cloth or plastic.
