This model produces continuous strings of pocket springs at the speed of 120 springs/min.The procedure is the wire is heat-treated ,pre-programmed to be coiled to a predefined spring,fast transported and cooling down and then processed into the pocket (in between the pockets are generated with ultrasonic welding units).

SX-300d DIGITAL POCKET SPRING ASSEMBLY MACHINE
The model is for hot-melt assembly of pocket innerspring units.
The procedure is that three spring strings from pocket spring machines or from the containers to the machine via 3 feeding units,and then cut to a preset length to be assembled into a pocket spring unit with a hot-melt glued system.
