Cutting wires

Our cutting wires range covers a lot of applications, including:

• PU foam industry;
• insulation industry;
• technical foam;
• phenolic resin;
• extruded polystyrene;
• calcium silicate;
• rock wool and so on.

Cutting wires features:

• Core composition: carbon steel;
• Length tolerance +/- 5mm;
• Tension of the wire: depends on the material and for accurate cuts, set the pressure at 1.2 – 2 bar. Please check the pressure recommendations for each type of pressure.
• Packing: transparent bag, each piece is labeled with wire type & direction of rotation;
• Delivery: maximum 3 weeks after order confirmation;
• Minimum order quantity: 10 pieces.
