PERFORMANCE IN PRODUCTION
BESTFOAM is an experienced production company. Our production premises are based near Timisoara, the fastest growing city of Romania, close to the Romanian-Hungarian border.
We design, manufacture and deliver to customers all over the world our products: polyurethane foam, upholstery goods, mattresses, textile and automotive products. Also, services like technical support, tests and prototypes are part of our general offer to our customers.
EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY
The reliability of the machines is important in all cases, and it becomes crucial in mass production projects.
Equipment reliability is understood as the ability of the production capacities to repeat the production processes, to have as few interruption times as possible and to be able to ensure in real time the continuity of delivery without the need for buffer stocks at the customer or at the supplier.
All the above comes with high productivity of both machines and people, that are specialized and well trained and not least with positive and proactive attitude and a full understanding of the importance of their work.

Quality in production is primarily the result of a competent management, which establishes clear production processes that are understood by those who execute them.
Besides the set of rules that answers to WHAT? and HOW? the activities must be carried out, the answer to WHY? doing what we are doing increases the degree of people’s involvement, by making them aware of the importance of their work with a direct result in a higher quality of their work.
