Positioned between the horizontal and vertical cutting machines, this lifting table compensates for the height difference between work surfaces — the GHL8 and GHH8 models operate at 600 mm, while the GV6 and GV8 models have a working height of 1000 mm. The table ensures smooth and safe block transfer without manual handling. |
One conveyor is placed at the beginning of the line for efficient loading, while the other is positioned at the end for unloading. These conveyors keep material flow steady and aligned, supporting both unidirectional and bidirectional workflow setups. |

The foam block is first side-trimmed vertically using the GV6, ensuring perfect rectangular geometry.
Next, the GHL8 machine performs horizontal contour cutting, shaping the ergonomic mattress cores with precision. |
The GHL8 machine performs the initial slicing or horizontal contour shaping of the foam block.
Afterward, the GV6 machine executes vertical contour cutting, transforming the sliced block into individual upholstery components such as seat cushions, backrests, armrests, headrests, and more. |

Firstly the block is processed by the GV8, vertical straight cutting, ensuring precise side-trimming into standard mattress formats.
Then the GHH8 performs ultra-fast horizontal slicing into sheets, enabling high-throughput production. |
GHH8 slices foam blocks into uniform sheets at very high speed. The vacuum press device holds the sheets in place during cutting and the whole stack goes to the GV8, where the machine cut them all at once, producing upholstery components. |
