The software provides automatic nesting calculation and cutting path optimization solutions for the foam cutting industry.
- The system supports general AutoCAD drawings.
- A high level of efficiency of the system is ensured by high rates of nesting and utilization.
- The system supports continuous calculation and simultaneous multi-zone calculation.
- The user can choose the file format to export the calculation task to other software, thus achieving greater calculation flexibility.
- File output format supports the special “CAM" format or our company dedicated MYPX format.
Operation
Easy to understand, easy to learn, and easy to use, with a friendly interface between operator and machine, the system comes with the following characteristics:
- Allows input of general DXF drawing data, or manual input of the drawing data.
- Convenient cutting quantity editor, allows Simple tiling / Common edge tiling / Double common edge tiling
- Supports rotating and flipping drawings
- Allows setting the distance between two pieces on the foam block
- Rectangle, trapezoid, triangle, parallelogram and circular tile combination nesting and path optimization.
