BATCH FOAMING

BATCH PU FOAMING MACHINE is mostly used for discontinuous foaming of single blocks. It's ideal for customers who wish to make foam on a discontinuous basis and who are potentially new to the industry. This batch foaming machine is the optimal equipment for medium or small foam producers.

AUTOMATIC PROCESS

Intended to produce soft PU foam of densities up to 50 kg/m3. The materials can be used to manufacture beds, furniture and in all kinds of sponge factories. The machine is equipped with PLC Digital Touch Screen System, 6 groups of chemicals are automatically controlled, and it is possible to have over 100 recipes saved.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC PROCESS

Foaming machine with pneumatic motion, it can be used with rectangular, cubic and cylindrical molds. The speed of the mixer can be controlled electronically from the control panel. Small quantities of raw materials are put into the tank manually. The materials can be used to manufacture beds, furniture and in all kinds of sponge factories.

DESCRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT

OPERATION AND CONTROL. This machine is intended for making sponge density 6-80kg/m3. The configuration of machine consists of mixing system with moving forward and backward device, chemical metering system with re-circulation system to control chemicals which are dosed from the chemical storage tanks through pipe work and pneumatic injection valve systems into the mixing barrel.

HIGH AUTOMATIZATION LEVEL is adopted and more flexible operation touch screen control system. It provides customers with more convenient, easier and more affordable operations. The production line has a fully automatic computer and manual controls, easily to operate, it’s the best choice for middle scale soft polyurethane equipment.

MIXING TANK has a capacity of 180-250 l, the foaming installation is intended to mix 6 groups of chemicals, at a mixing speed of up to 2.800 rpm. The mixture can be then poured in square molds of size L2000*W2000*H1200m or in cylinder molds of size Diam2200*H2200.
