Used for compressing foam rolls. With a high rate of compression in a ratio of 2:1, you can load 2 times more foam and the saving in transport will be significantly reduced.

OPERATION

The sponge roll is placed on the feeding device, and the sponge can be put into the belt by jogging the switch of the feeding rack, and then the sponge roll is shrunk to the set size by the air cylinder tightening the belt operation. After shrinking to the set size, the film unwinding device starts to work, and the film is packaged along the running direction of the belt.

After the packaging is completed, the sealing and hot-melting process is started, and the cylinder performs the film cutting work.
