OPERATION

The machines follows a step-by-step process:

• Compression – The mattress is placed into the machine and compressed using a high-pressure system (up to 100 tons).
• Sealing & Bagging – The mattress is sealed in a PE plastic bag to maintain compression.
• Rolling Process – The mattress is rolled.
• Final Packaging – The rolled mattress is securely packaged and ready for storage or shipping.
