NG-06T SEMI-AUTOMATIC TAPE EDGE MACHINE

The NG-06T is a semi-automatic machine designed for sewing the tape edges of mattresses. With a moving head and a fixed table, it ensures superior quality and high sewing precision.

OPERATION. The mattress is sewn on one side from one end to the other by moving the sewing head.
Flipping the mattress to sew the opposite side is done manually.

NG-07T AUTOMATIC TAPE EDGE MACHINE

• Fixed SINGER sewing head.
• Automatic mattress rotation and flipping system.
• Conveyor table for automated handling.

The NG-07T is a fully automatic machine equipped with a fixed sewing head, a conveyor table, and an automated flipping system. This allows tape edge sewing of mattresses without significant manual intervention, increasing production efficiency.

OPERATION.The mattress is placed on the conveyor table. By moving the conveyor, the mattress edge is sewn by the fixed head. The mattress can be automatically rotated and flipped to sew all sides.
