The machine has a simple compact construction, assembled into a compact unit specifically designed for manufacturing Bonnell springs. OPERATION

In a single cycle, the wire is coiled to a spring, knotted at both ends, heat treated and to be collected to an outlet channel. The coiner utilizes a fully integrated computerized Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Servo control system, also with two CPU and high-sensitive touch screen to reach remote-control support. All machine functions including wire feeding length, heat treatment, lubrication and self-protecting are automatically controlled.

OPERATION

Different configurations of the spring nets are possible by varying the position of springs and the wire diameter (dual wire). Helical wire can be clamped.

• When pressing onto the unit, the gravity is downwards vertically, the unit wont incline sideways
• When jumping onto the unit, you feel more stable and more relaxed
• Good for roll packing.

APPLICATIONS
