OPERATION

NG-01M is a semi-automatic machine, requiring 2 operators to wrap the mattress in film and handle it.
NG-21M is an automatic machine. The mattress pressing process is fully automated, from input to output via a conveyor belt. Although the mattress wrapping is done manually (2 persons), the rest of the process, including automatic position detection and heat sealing, is performed automatically.

For packaging, the machines use PE film with a thickness of 0.07-0.09mm, ensuring effective protection and compression.
The operating process of these machines is simple and efficient, ensuring high productivity.

It is recommended to use these machines in combination with a rolling machine or a mattress pallet packaging machine.

APPLICATIONS

These machines are suitable for compressing foam and spring mattresses, with the ability to also compress latex mattresses. They are compatible with foam densities ranging from 25-65 kg/m³ and can be used for a wide range of materials, thicknesses, and mattress types.

NG-71MS AUTOMATIC MATTRESS COMPRESS & PACK MACHINE

OPERATION

The NG-61MS is a fully automated pressing machine with a Siemens PLC control system. It is designed to automate the application of film before the pressing process. Equipped with a precise mattress centering system, it ensures accurate positioning. Sealing is performed thermally on three sides using an electronically controlled heating mechanism, guaranteeing a durable package seal.

The NG-71MS is a fully automated pressing machine similar to the NG-61MS model but with extended functionality. In addition to sealing mattresses in a compressed format, it also allows packaging them in their original form without pressing. This operational flexibility makes it ideal for various packaging requirements, ensuring versatility in the mattress packaging process.

OPTIONAL

For maximum efficiency in the packaging process, the NG-71MS is recommended to be combined with a sorting conveyor table. This solution enables the automatic direction of pressed and unpressed mattresses into separate flows, optimizing logistics and reducing manual intervention in production.
