NG-19RS

NG-19RS is the entry-level model, designed for essential compression, folding, and rolling functions in mattress packaging. The system consists of an NG-18RS compression and rolling machine combined with a folding unit that folds the compressed mattress in half before rolling. This process reduces the roll length by 50%, making storage and transportation more efficient. Optionally, the standard folding machine, which folds the compressed mattress in two, can be replaced with the NG-22Z trifold machine. This advanced system further reduces the roll length by up to 66% (three times shorter), maximizing space savings and optimizing logistics.

NG-22RS

Unlike the NG-19RS, which requires manual bagging before compression, the NG-22RS features a fully automated self-wrapping system, eliminating the need for manual handling. It consists of the NG-61RS unit for film application and pressing, a folding machine (which can be replaced with the NG-22Z trifold machine for even greater space savings), and the NG-15RS rolling machine. Additionally, it supports continuous mattress feeding, making it ideal for high-capacity production lines and significantly improving efficiency compared to the NG-19RS.

NG-28RS

Unlike the NG-22RS, NG-28RS can wrap mattresses without compressing them, offering more flexibility for manufacturers who need packaging options for both compressed and non-compressed mattresses.

OPERATION

The mattress is placed into the machine, where it is tightly compressed using high-pressure force. Depending on the selected mode, the machine folds the mattress in half to further reduce its size. The mattress is rolled into a compact cylinder, wrapped in a PE plastic film, and sealed to maintain its form. The rolled mattress is ejected from the machine, ready for transportation or storage.
